As a Training Provider, we recognise the importance of making sure that each learner receives a consistently high quality of training from each and every Master Trainer and at each venue where they are trained and assessed (if applicable).

To ensure a consistently high standard of training and assessment across the range of courses offered, we will ensure that we will adhere to the specified criteria in the CIMSPA Code of Practice and Approval Criteria.

Continuous improvement is assured through ongoing monitoring, thus promoting learner and public confidence in the quality of all DL SET Academy certifications and products.

Prompt action is taken to address any weakness identified, and this monitoring forms part of DL SET Academy annual self-assessment activities.

DL SET Academy will also monitor and evaluate the following to better inform our processes:

• malpractice/maladministration events

• reasonable assessment adjustment and special consideration requests

• the nature and number of enquiries, complaints and assessment appeals

• Learner feedback

• Member experience (mystery member in-club audit scores) for signature product classes
